CANARA BANK - Updates

Canara Bank has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>1. The Bank has made modifications / additions to the existing Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in tune with the requirements under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board of the Bank has accorded their approval for the modified version of the Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading which includes Code of Fair Disclosure, for implementation.<BR><BR>3. The modified Code i.e., Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading has been uploaded on the official website of the Bank i.e., www.canarabank.com
