This is to inform you that board has Considered and recommended for approval of the shareholders, the appointment of M/s JKVS and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Singhi & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory auditors of the company.
