CARBORUNDUM UNIVERSAL LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by Designated Persons in Securities of the Company, the 'Trading Window' will remain closed from 1st April 2020 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the financial results for the period ending 31st March 2020. <BR> <BR> Currently, the Board meeting for considering the annual financial statements is scheduled on Monday, 27th April 2020. However, in view of the nationwide lockdown owing to the COVID-19 situation and consequential impact on the audit and other related aspects to the financial statements, the date of the Board meeting is being reviewed for deferment.<BR> <BR> The revised date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results will be announced in due course.<BR>
