CARBORUNDUM UNIVERSAL LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

We wish to inform you that M/s CUMI GmbH, Germany, a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) on 22nd December 2021 at Germany to acquire the main assets including land & building, plant & machinery, fixed assets, leased assets, brands & trademark, patent, technical know-how and other intangible assets but excluding cash and receivables of M/s AWUKO Abrasives Wandmacher Gmbh & Co. KG (AWUKO) which is under insolvency proceedings from 1st December 2021.
