CARE Ratings Ltd - Grant Of Esops Under 'CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020'

On the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2021, the Board approved grant of 1,23,500 stock options to the eligible employees, under 'CARE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020'of the Company as approved by the shareholders at its AGM held on September 08, 2020.
