Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 01992 and the Company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window, will commence from February 16, 2015 for dealing in Securities of the Company for its Directors/Officers /Designated Employees.
