CAROL INFO SERVICES LTD. - Updates on Disclosures under Reg. 7(1) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997

With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 23, 2011, regarding disclosure under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997 to BSE, Minal Bharat Patel has now informed BSE that disclosure for acquisition in term of Regulation 7(1) submitted to BSE has advertently mentions the name of target company "Carol Info Services Limited" instead of Deccan Cements Ltd.
