Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Original Share Certificates issued by the Company as per details given below are reported to have been lost/ misplaced or stolen and the registered holder thereof has applied to the Company for issue of duplicate Share Certificate. The Company after complying with necessary formalities issued duplicate share certificate.
