In Continuance with our notice of 12th AGM of the company (Point 9(ii)), this is to inform and clarify to all our members and the stock exchange that the company will fix the record date for the purpose of payment of proposed final dividend after conclusion of the 12th AGM of the company. Accordingly, it is hereby clarified that the company has not fixed the record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend.
