Castex Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all Directors & designated Employees of the Company from February 04, 2016 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
