Castex Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 27, 2015 have allotted 4,87,688 Equity Shares at Rs. 103.005/-per share upon the Conversion of FCCBs of US $ 1 Million out of FCCBs Issue of US$ 130 Million.
