The board of directors of the Company in its meeting held on today considered and approved :- Reappointment of M/s. J.S. Uberoi & Co, Chartered Accounants (Registration number 111107W) as the Statutory auditor of the Company for the term of 5 years from the conclusion of 30th AGM till the conclusion of 35th AGM, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
