The Board of directors in its meeting held on today has considered and approved :- Re-appointment of M/s. J.S. Uberoi, Chartered Accountants as the statutory auditor of the Company for the term of 5 years from the conclusion of 30th AGM til the conclusion of 35th AGM subject to the approval of members at the ensuing AGM.
