In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the project 'Six-Laning of Jodhpur Romana (Bathinda) - Mandi Dabwali (Punjab/Haryana Border) section of NH-54 from design Ch. 0.000 to design Ch. 27.400 (design length 27.40 km) in the state of Punjab on HAM basis', executed through Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited (SPV), has received an acknowledgment from National Highway Authority of India vide its Letter Ref. No. NHAI/PIU/BTI/JR-MD/1308/IE-CM/2448 dated 04.03.2025. The said letter requests the Independent Engineer (IE) to take necessary action as per Schedule G of the Concession Agreement for issuing the occurrence of Project Milestone III (ie. Achieved 75% physical progress).
