CELEBRITY FASHIONS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We hereby inform that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in its securities and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the designated persons (including dependants and relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
