CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - FY16 Consolidated results on May 27, 2016

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record audited consolidated financial results of the Bank for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 in view of the abovesaid meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank. Trading window will re-open w.e.f. May 30, 2016.
