CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - Capital Raising Committee Meeting on Feb 09, 2017

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 09, 2017, to consider and approve raising of Basel III compliant Non-Convertible Redeemable Unsecured Tier 2 Bonds upto issue size of Rs. 500.00 crore in the nature of promissory notes of Rs. 10.00 lakhs each.
