CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - Q3 results on Feb 09, 2016

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 09, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and take on record unaudited financial results of the Bank for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
