CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - Q2 results on Nov 09, 2015

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record unaudited financial results of the Bank for the second quarter and the half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from October 27, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive).
