CENTRAL BANK OF INDIAhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss agenda items except financial results on Thursday, 27th January 2022. Agenda items relating to unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the third quarter & nine months ended 31st December 2021 will be considered and taken on record on Friday, 28th January 2022.
