CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - Change in composition of the Board of Directors

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that Shri Guman Singh, part-time non-official Director ceased to be the Director of the Bank w.e.f. August 08, 2014 consequent upon expiry of his term on August 07, 2014.<br/><br/>Shri Guman Singh, an Independent Director was earlier nominated by Government of India as part-time non-official Director under sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 with effect from 8th August, 2011 for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
