Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Bank for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, we inform you that the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
