CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - Change in composition of Board of Directors

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that in terms of Government of India, Ministry of Finance Notification dated February 16, 2017, Shri P. Ramana Murthy, General Manager of Allahabad Bank has been appointed as Executive Director of the Bank for a period of 3 years w.e.f. the date of his taking over charge of the post i.e. February 17, 2017, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
