Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Fund Raising Committee in its meeting held on February 25, 2017 has approved an issuance of Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures of upto an amount of Rs. 50 Crores to be issued in one or more series by way of private placement.
