Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform that, the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') has issued Licence No. Authorised Dealer Category -I / AD0017 / 2022 to Unity Small Finance Bank Limited ('the Bank') a step-down subsidiary of the Company, to deal in foreign exchange, with a caveat that the Bank would only undertake transactions which an Authorised Dealer Category - II can undertake, but for honouring the contracts of customers of Punjab & Maharashtra Co-operative Bank Limited, the Bank can use the Authorised Dealer Category - I licence rendered to it.
