Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is being closed on and from 1st July, 2024 and would re-open after the expiry 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
