In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the percentage of shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary Century Ply (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has changed from 90.60% to 90.65% consequent upon further allotment of shares by it to the Company.
