Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on 10th May, 2022 has; 1. Considered and approved re-appointment of Shri Vikram Somany as Chairman and Managing Director, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 2. Considered and approved re-appointment of Shri Ayush Bagla as an Executive Director, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
