CESC LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

CESC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2017 has declared an Interim Dividend for the year ending March 31, 2017 @Rs. 10/- per share (100%) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.<BR><BR>The said dividend will be paid on and from March 06, 2017.
