CESC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ nine months ended 31 December, 2020. Furthermore, this is also to inform you that at the said meeting, the Board of Directors shall also consider a proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 and for fixing the Record Date for the purpose.
