We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB /P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company has issued a "Letter of Confirmation" on 22nd May, 2023 in lieu of duplicate share certificates reported as lost to the shareholder as mentioned in the enclosed disclosure.
