Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, 2015 and further to our letter dated August 14, 2023, disclosing details of pending material litigations / disputes, this is to inform that the dispute with Larsen & Toubro Limited has been amicably settled by the Company for an amount of Rs.8.47 crore plus GST as applicable.
