This is to inform that the Compensation, Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 60,662 fully paid-up Equity Shares having face value of Rs.10 each to Eligible Employees under CHL Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 by way of circular resolution passed today.
