CHAMBAL FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. - Updates on Company's new Urea plant

With reference to earlier Letters dated February 25, 2016 and March 05, 2016 regarding financing of Company's new Urea plant for production of 1.34 Million MT of Urea per annum being set up at the existing site at Gadepan, District, Kota, Rajasthan ("Project), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has executed a Facility Agreement on February 10, 2017 ("Foreign Currency Facilities Agreement") for availing foreign currency loans for part financing the Project.
