In pursuance of sub-regulation 3 of Regulation 3 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014, Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BES about the following documents in respect of CFCL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010:<BR><BR>1. Deed of private trust dated September 06, 2010 ("Trust Deed") constituting CFCL Employees Welfare Trust;<BR><BR>2. Deed of variation dated August 22, 2013 for amendment in the Trust Deed; and<BR><BR>3. Deed of variation dated September 16, 2015 for amendment in the Trust Deed.
