CHAMBAL FERTILISERS & CHEMICALS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2022, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50 (i.e. 45%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before February 25, 2022.
