Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015 noted cancellation of 1,85,000 stock options under the CFCL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 due to separation/ superannuation of the employees.
