With reference to the earlier Announcement dated May 09, 2014 regarding Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2014, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the words "Not Annualized" were inadvertently omitted below the Earnings Per Share (Basic and Diluted) for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, December 31, 2013 and<br/>March 31, 2014. The error was corrected in the results published in the newspapers.
