Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, to approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 26, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons.
