Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2016 noted cancellation of 1,36,000 stock options under the CFCL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 due to separation of the employees / expiry of exercise period.
