Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, inter alia approved the appointment of Mr. Nidhi Jain (ACS: 54354) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13th August 2024 The additional details are given in Annexure A.
