Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change of name of its subsidiary viz. Chembond Inver Coatings Limited. Accordingly, effective May 01, 2015, the new name of Chembond Inver Coatings Limited is Chembond Industrial Coatings Limited.
