Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, has decided the following:<br/><br/>1. Subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, Directors have recommended Dividend of Rs. 3/- (three) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, <br/><br/>2. The date of annual general meeting is fixed on August 09, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board recommended re-appointment of Mr. Jawahar I. Mehta, Independent Director and Mr. Sushil U. Lakhani, Independent Director for a consecutive term of 5 years commencing from the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
