This is to inform you pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our disclosure dated 27th April, 2017, that the Company has completed the acquisition of the equity shares of Chembond Solenis Water Technologies Limited (CSWTL) from Solenis Netherlands B.V. Consequent to the above acquisition of shares, CSWTL has now become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company. You are requested to kindly take the above on record.
