CHEMBOND CHEMICALS LTD. - Signing Joint Venture Agreement with I-Chem Solution Sdn Bhd, Malaysia

With reference to the earlier letter dated February 06, 2016 regarding outcome of Board Meeting wherein the Company had informed that the Company was at an advanced stage of discussion to form a Joint Venture (JV) with a Malaysian Company to serve water treatment market, Chembond Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has signed a JV agreement with I-Chem Solution Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, operating in the water treatment solutions business. The Company would own 51% of the equity in the Joint Venture with the balance being held by I-Chem Solution Sdn Bhd.
