Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Company''s Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in Company''s Share(s) by the Directors, Designated Employees other insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives will remain closed from 1st July 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The Board of Board Meeting to approve aforesaid unaudited financial results shall be intimated to Stock Exchange in due course.
