CHESLIND TEXTILES LTD. - Intimation of Cut-off date for Postal Ballot/E-Voting

Cheslind Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided on November 14, 2014 as the Cutoff date for the Shareholders (holding equity shares of the Company in both electronic and physical form) eligible to cast their vote through postal ballot/ e-voting. The notice for the purpose of passing the resolution as specified therein shall be sent in due course. The Company would be availing e-voting services of Karvy Computershare Private Limited (KCPL).
