CHEVIOT CO.LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons defined under the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders" will be closed from 1st July, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
