Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6(3)(a) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the attached "Notice to Shareholders" has been published in the newspapers and uploaded on the website to inform the shareholders concerned regarding transfer of share in respect of which dividend remains unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years or more to the DEMAT account of the IEPF Authority established by the Central Government.
