Chisel and Hammer (Mobel) Limited - Updates on Notice of Postal Ballot

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 07, 2012, regarding Notice of Postal Ballot, Chisel and Hammer (Mobel) Ltd has now informed BSE that the results of Postal Ballot for Issue of Bonus shares will be declared on April 10, 2012 instead of April 05, 2012.<br/><br/>Also the results of the Postal Ballot for increase in Authorized Capital will be declared at the scheduled date i.e. April 10, 2012.
